Fantastic
Brilliant stay. Would have no hesitation returning again. The only point to perhaps improve is for a coffee pod machine in the room. Nescafé sachets are more typical of hotels not maching the otherwise high standards. That could just be a personal preference. Otherwise, a wonderful stay and amazing staff with a can do attitude.

Good
Nice room. Friendly staff. The bed was rock hard, and the duvet cover is missing stuffing. It was just a sheet. The Climate control was good. The taps in the tub are very finniky to use. The pool was being worked on when we arrived so we did not get to use that. I prebooked a late check out, got a confirmation, the staff had no record of it despite me showing them the email. They did say it would be okay. Internal booking system had issues. Call to confirm. I had the do not desturb sigh on the door and the maid still came in the room. She knocked and called housekeeping, but opened the door before giving me a chance to answer, when I had asked not to be desturbed sign on the outside.

Staff lovely, clean and nice room! Bed was a bit hard andthe mattress topper a bit worn in but still comfy. The pool was lovely and we used on our second day but sadly was closed the next morning! We were very upset about that as it was one of the main reasons to stay there - at least the sauna and steam room were open. All in all a loely stay, great location if able to walk into the city centre, and we also went to a show at the armadillo, and that was a 10 minute walk, same for into town. We would definitely stay again

Great

Good property, clean and amenities are good. Staff helpful. Could be more welcoming - like acknowledging that a guest is waiting or excusing themselves for a few minutes. It is awkward if someone is fixed to the screen and you are waiting for a while without the person smiling or saying something. Also reception staff should be well versed with Expedia bookings. We were told there was no breakfast included so we had to prove it through the email and then had to share details separately to another email to the hotel. A little inconvenient if it is 11.45 at night and you have a child in tow. Also the conditioner ran out in the morning so should be better stocked. Otherwise helpful staff, good breakfast, spacious room. The lobby is nice.

Solo stay

Rock hard beds, which staff told me guests complain about "daily". No proper desk/chair to work in room. No complimentary bottled water.
