Below averageStayed with kids
I booked 4 separate rooms and 1 of them had issues with the A/C and needed to change rooms. The carpets were stained everywhere, the curtains were patched up and the stains on the pull-out couch were questionable. Day 1 of us checking in we took my 9 year old nephew to the pool located on site and while he was walking around the pool he cut his toes with glass. Blood was all over the pool area and when staff arrived, they immediately assumed we must've caused it when in reality glass was on the ground. A hotel employee assisting us with band aids used pool water to clean the blood off the ground. Afterwards we were made to write an incident report regarding what had happened. The next day I was contacted by the hotel manager Tim who wanted more details about what had happened and in that conversation he stated that his employees found no other glass besides what had cut my nephew and that it was "odd". Considering we didn't even have anything but hotel towels with us I too found it "odd" that they could be so negligent to have glass on the property in an area where children and adults are barefoot. I also called him out on the staff using the pool water to clean up the area and he claims that his staff were "old school" and that the pool water had chlorine therefore it would "kill any bacteria" and in fact it was him who recommend using pool water to clean. I tried saving money where I could but it was not worth saving on a hotel. Please spend extra at a better hotel.

Beds are uncomfortable… rooms small and dark can’t open the curtains without the other building seeing you…bad smells in the room and hall ways it’s a very old building…me and my daughter stay for 4days and my room was never clean up… laundry room machine is very dirty but a good customer service that’s the only thing. Air conditioning smells

The front desk staff were extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. They responded immediately to my needs.
There was a problem with the microwave. When housekeeping opened the door, they found a disgusting, smelly dish of food left by the previous occupant. Unfortunately, staff did not remove the food.
The hotel is in a great location mid Ala Wai Blvd, easy to access with the main points of interest in Waikiki just down the street. Parking was ample and not as expensive as most hotels.

The room was extremely run down and dirty. The shower was miniature and the ac was only semi functional. The resort fee they charge is a joke...part of their justificationfor it is that they clean the room for the next guest!!. The pool is smaller than a backyard pool, no umbrellas, and was closed one day. You can hear lots of traffic noise through the windows. No daily housekeeping offered. Peeling wallpaper in the room and near elevators. Would never stay here again.

The staff was all very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room was great and the AC was super nice. There is an extra daily fee you pay upon arrival. Location is great and walkable to the beach, shops, and restaurants! I would recommend!!

Aloha. Thanks for the wonderful stay we had on your hotel. Clean and well ventilated hotel. Love the area so close to the center of waikiki. Quick walk and you’re on the beach. Parking no problem just tell them and pay and will have a spot. Staff are friendly. Room air conditioners so cool in a middle sa summer is a plus.

Value and or budget hotel. Hidden service charges for nothing - their version of a resort fee.
