To elevate the guest experience, the resort will conduct scheduled annual maintenance of its pool facilities.

The Indoor Pool will be temporarily closed from September 8 to September 11, 2026, and will reopen at 1:00 PM on September 11, 2026. During this period, the Rooftop Pool, Jacuzzi, Scenic Pool, Indoor Children’s Pool, and Indoor Hot Pool will remain fully operational.

The Rooftop Pool will be temporarily closed from November 2 to November 7, 2026, and will reopen at 1:00 PM on November 7, 2026. During this period, the Rooftop Jacuzzi, Scenic Pool, and Indoor Pool will remain fully operational.

Check-in descriptions

Please be aware of the following road control measures announced by the Directorate General of Highways:

1.From Taipei/Hualien/Taitung to the hotel:

 • Control Point:

TianxiangHualien (Eastbound)-The east entrance of Shakadang Tunnel (near Taroko Visitor Center), located within Taroko National Park

HualienTianxiang (Westbound)- The west side of Lushui, not far from the hotel

 • Open Times: 06:30–08:00, 10:00-10:05, 12:00–13:00, 15:00-15:05, 17:00–17:30. 

After 17:30: Exit only and 18:00 Full closure.

 • Recommendation: Please arrive early to wait for passage.

2. From Taichung/Qingjing/Hehuanshan to the hotel:

(1) Route 8, 117.4k (Guanyuan Section)－Open Times: 06:30–08:00, 10:00–10:05, 12:00–13:00, 15:00–15:05. After 16:30, only exit traffic is allowed. Night closures from 18:00 to 06:30.

(2) For travelers heading from Dayuling to Taroko, please arrive at Tianxiang before 17:00 to avoid missing the last release period from Tianxiang to Taroko. For travelers from Taroko to Dayuling, it is recommended to depart no later than the 15:00 release slot from the 167.7k–184.5k section (Tianxiang to Taroko) to avoid the 18:00 night closure.

 • Recommendation: Please arrive early to wait for passage.
