We offer direct beach access, air-conditioned rooms, WiFi, a shared kitchen, BBQ area, parking, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for families, couples, and groups.⚠️ Please note:• This is a REAL beach house with natural sand surrounding the property.• Being close to nature, you may occasionally encounter sand, sea breeze, and small insects.• The shared kitchen is for personal meal preparation only and not for large-scale cooking.• We are best suited for guests who enjoy a simple, authentic beachfront experience rather than a resort-style hotel stay.💧 WATER NOTICE:Our water supply comes from a deep well and pump system. During summer, water availability may occasionally be limited, and the water may have a slightly salty taste. We kindly ask guests to conserve water and use the provided buckets and drums for storage whenever water is available.📋 House Rules:• No shoes/slippers inside rooms• Please conserve electricity.
