いつも13,000-17,000円のホテルに止まっていますが、値段の割に水回りがとても綺麗で良かったです。ベッドも広く、床も大理石仕様で気に入りました。立地が新村駅7番出口から10分ほどの場所にありますが、ホテルの目の前には24時間営業のパン屋さんや、コンビニのCU、チェーン店のメガコーヒーなどがあり、ホテル周辺でも過ごせるくらいお店が多かったのも良かったです。新村駅の周辺は大型スーパーのイーマートや、ダイソーなどもあったのでわざわざ移動しなくても十分に観光できるエリアだと思います。また弘大で遊びたいときは徒歩でも行ける距離だったので、運動がてらに遊びに行くこともできてとても良かったです。空港までは新村駅から弘大駅まで一駅、そこから空港鉄道に乗り換えして1時間とかなり便利でした。弘大で遊びたいときはまたここを利用したいと思います!

The property is centrally location to restaurants, bus and train station. The room and common areas are clean. The room is perfect for 2 guest. I would recommend the property improvement on the hot shower water pressure, it’s a bit weak. I would recommend and would stay at this hotel in the future.

Our stay here was so lovely! The only possible things to consider is the twin room is a bit on the small side (as to be expected) and as far I saw there’s only a few communal plates and soap. Otherwise, the rooms and bathroom are modern and clean, the windows are huge, with a nice people-watching view and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I would definitely stay here again especially for the price!

방도 시설도 다 깔끔해서 좋았고 주변에 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 문은 이중이라 보안도 철저해서 좋았어요. 라운지에 마실 것도 있고 전자렌지도 있었습니다. 직원분은 친절했고 요청사항도 잘 들어주셨어요. 👍👍👍👍👍

정말 기대 이상으로 너무 편하고 만족스러운 투숙이었습니다! 호스텔이라기보다 호텔에 가깝고 정말 편안하고 깨끗했어요. 인테리어도 다 새로 되어 있어서 공간 전체가 아주 깔끔하고 쾌적했어요. 특히 매일매일 새 수건으로 교체해 주시고 쓰레기통도 비워주셔서 묵는 내내 정말 편리했네요. 리셉션 직원분들도 너무 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 들어설 때부터 기분이 좋았습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다! 강력 추천해요:=)

My friend, who traveled to Seoul last month and stayed at various places, highly recommended this accommodation, saying it had the absolute best location and quality! I love it so much that I'm planning to extend my stay for a few more days. :) Since it just opened, all the interiors are brand new, and the bedding and rooms are incredibly clean. The overall room condition is just perfect!
