Globally a very good experience especially when it comes to diversity and quality of the buffet, one of the best we ve ever tried. Staff was also very pleasant. Still we faced 4 regrettable challenges: * No hot water in shower for 2 days (slow fix) * Swimming pool river really dirty * indoor car/seat found damaged on the last day (probably due to the heat what suggest that car was unfortunately parked outside) * A faulty extra 50 OMR invoicing at checkout (it took time to the staff to identify & fix the issue and fortunately we did our own calculation before checking out)

Amazing stay with breathtaking views! This hotel is spectacularly located between the mountains and the beach, offering absolutely stunning views. The setting alone makes the experience unforgettable. What truly made the stay special, though, were the people — everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. I only stayed for three days, but I completely fell in love with Oman and would definitely come back for a longer stay. The spa was exceptional — I had one of the best massages of my life, right by the beach, with the sound of the ocean in the background. It was pure relaxation and an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!
