交通の便利性も有り食事処や買い物にも、べんりです。ホテル多少、古さは有りますが。シャワーの水圧、浴槽も深くかたまでじゅうぶんでした。

豪雨だったとはいえ部屋2カ所で雨漏りしました。（306）変えてもらった部屋はエアコンから水漏れしていました。（506） 風呂は広いですがイスがないので身体を洗う時に座れません。（2部屋とも） トイレのドアの建付けがあまり良くないです。（2部屋とも）

悪天候でフェリーが欠航、追加で急遽取ったホテルでした。港の近辺でお値段で選びました。その二つの条件はクリアできていますが。すみませんが施設全体が古く(以前は別の使用目的のためのホテルだったとか、タクシーの運転手の方がお話ししていました)、お部屋のにおいがとっても気になりました。下水の臭いではないと思うのですが、結構強めの臭いでした。 お部屋の広さはとても広くお風呂も広い。あの臭いが消えない限り、二度はないです。

スタッフ間の連携不足なのか質問に対する答えが全員バラバラ。受付に人がいない時にかける番号に電話しても留守電にされる。ボイラーの故障なのかお湯が出なくなり常温シャワーを浴びる羽目になった事に対する対応がすいませんでした。だけ。 ホテルにいると目が痒くなった。
