Fantastic

Solo stay

The staff were very kind and helpful, even when I screwed up. The room was spotlessly clean, the air conditioning worked well, and they even let me check in early. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic
A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member
