雖然是有歷史的溫泉飯店，但商家的設備維持與整理值得肯定，不管是免費取用的茶點區，還是兒童大人都能盡興的溫泉區，以這平易近人的價位，能享受到的CP值真的高，會有意願再次光顧的溫泉飯店。

缺點：洗澡水好像是溫泉水感覺怪怪的、建議衛浴改自來水，要喝水要出去倒、如果用自來水我願意房價上漲一點、有小黑蚊這是山區通病沒辦法，如果比較招蚊子的人建議多泡湯少坐休息區、沒有火車站接客車輛、房間裝潢較老但符合這價格。 優點：停車方便、湯質很好設施很棒、有溫泉蛋跟很多食物可以煮、有免費冰淇淋跟飲料

房間乾淨整潔，還有提供咖啡壩無限供應餅乾、飲料和冰淇淋，溫泉設施眾多，距離知本森林遊樂區走路10分鐘內即可到達，旅館也有公車站牌，交通方便，但就早餐選擇款式較少。
