Fantastic
Had a great time here. Nice, clean and the staffs are always lovely. My 3rd stay with them since last year and will definitely come back whenever I’m in Hanoi!

Great
The friendly, accommodating and attentive staff is the best part of the hotel. They are super professional and resourceful! Breakfast room is too small and gets crowded but food is great. I could constantly hear noises in my room— furniture being dragged across floor from room above, bumps, scratches etc. The walls are very thin! Bed was very comfortable.

They treated us like family! We were on our honeymoon and stayed there 3 times. We had plenty of time to talk and get to know the staff and they are absolutely as genuine as they come. This is now the ONLY place we will recommend for those visiting Hanoi. Truly amazing!

This hotel is clean and the staff could not do more to help. The breakfast here is a huge stand out with an A la carte menu which has rivalled some top brunch spots I've visited. The rooftop splash pool is a nice touch in a hot city like Hanoi.

Solo stay

My first time staying in Hanoi and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located, walking distance to the main attractions and featured modern and comfortable rooms, and the staff were friendly and attentive which made the experience even better. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay — would definitely recommend.
