Stayed with kids

Everything was great! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent—I only wish it stayed open a little later so we could enjoy it for lunch as well. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options and late-night snacks nearby. The room was also cleaned thoroughly and maintained very well. The only area for improvement would be the shower room edges which could use a bit more attention to remove the orange stains. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is relatively new so everything was clean. The staff was also very friendly, accommodating and helpful - especially in helping us book transportation. Location is relatively convenient within walking distance to major attractions in Taichung. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed with family

The interior was well designed, new condition and the beds are very comfortable. Can be pricey and underwhelming if you don’t get a larger room with a bit of a view. We appreciated our room upgrade to a larger twin beds room as we were there for 4 nights. Breakfast was quite good quality and beautiful environment. Housekeeping is inconsistent as they left used mugs and glasses multiple days until I called specifically and asked them to change them out. Otherwise the service is good. The immediate neighborhood is best for those who enjoy exploring the local food scene. Would consider staying again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more pleasant. My room was spacious with a decent design that felt comfortable and welcoming. The hotel decor is very interesting and the rooms were very comfortable. The problem was that the hotel no longer provides any food other than breakfast. The bar downstairs had cold drinks but very limited desserts. Orpheus ok.
