Staff especially the guy that always cook and serve breakfast is amazing! just can鈥檛 go back due to the location going to hotel is not super convenient especially for someone who had knee surgery The pool was not cleaned the entire 5days we were there and beddings was not changed despite of asking for it to be changed as it smelled like it was never washed since day 1. I just hope that they could improve those things other than that staff are all nice and welcoming 馃檹

During our stay we feel at home, safe and comfortable. The hotel staff customer service was excellent. The property is just 5 minutes walk away to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Property is a not maintained in an acceptable manner. Rules hasn鈥檛 been followed by the keeper/staff Breakfast served like a kid portion. (2 pcs of small hotdog, 1 small cup portion of rice and a tiny bit of scrambled egg plus 1 round slice of tomato and 1 round slice of cucumber) (2 tiny pieces of longanisa, a tiny quarter of water melon and a tiny portion of scrambled egg (Tiny portion of Ticino, 1fried egg and a tiny quarter of water melon) I must say they put so much effort in preparing the breakfast. Pictures of the place in their website is very different when you see them in person.

AVOID!!!! This place is horrible. Rude staff, ask for extra money unnecessary for 'no show' which wasnt the case for us and didnt even get a receipt. she scammed us! Dirty bed sheets, dirty towels, in a isolated place on a steep hall with a barking dog thats always noisy and throws up whilst we were eating breakfast. STAY AWAY

I would not recommend this place unless you really want a cheap place to stay with a pool. Upon arrival we were given a wrong room, a triple room so they just put an extra bed when we booked a quadrupole family room. They fixed it with a nice room but at the 3rd floor so you have to climb up. The hotel is located up the hill so you have to climb a hill then climb up to the room. Good if you鈥檙e exercising but bad for older people. The amenities on the listing was not there. Not toiletries no welcome gift or what so eve. You鈥檒l just get a room. Our room was big that the aircon can鈥檛 make it cool. One of the staff is not friendly but the others are. We asked for toilet paper that should have been in the room but the staffs said we need to get that from a convenience store lol. I would never go back here to recommend this place

The hotel itself is out of the way and difficult to get too up a steep hill. Amenities were a bit tired and worn. Breakfast was poor . Jury the barman/ chef/ Jack of all tradestried his best to please but Would never return. Wi-fi was weak and the lady on the desk had to lend us a personal one. The transport too and from the airport was very expensive more than suggested on here. Not the hotels fault but two hours a night the air-con has to be switched off due to no power after the last typhoon.
