Its just not a 5 star property Could be a very good 3 star ( actual well rated) property The beds, pillows and sofa beds is just not up to human standard The TVs are very old and needs to be changed The overall design and interior in simillar to 3 star standard The CS were very helpfull though, and tried to fix whatever could be fixed
