Nice room. Clean and felt safe there. The room is small but you don’t spend much time in the room anyway. Breakfast was good and convenient.

It is amazing, room is not that small, the design is pretty good! The under bed closet base is movable! It made reach luggages much easier! Only one thing is the bath room door, it made big noise when closing, I can heard neighbors door closing at night time. I may recommend that a simple rub pad will solve this issue. Please consider.

Fantastic
This is the smallest room we have ever slept in (actually, we felt the standard room was too small for two persons, and a little bit uncomfy at times). Besides that issue, everything else was really good. And the location is just perfect for tourists!

We loved this affordable hotel in a nice safe area of London. Rooms are small but comfortable. Staff are great! The breakfast and 2/1 drinks both for around 9pounds at happy hour— outstanding values we enjoyed daily.

Great hotel for sightseeing. Can walk to many places or take the tube which is steps away. Breakfast was very good and the free tea and coffee all day was a bonus. Room was functional but small as expected. We had golf clubs, 2 carryons and 2 backpacks and it all fit but you wouldn’t want to spend much time in the room or work there. Bathroom was also small but good amount of shelf space and storage. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend so long as you’re willing to sacrifice space for location and value.

The room was tiny but clean. Space was well utilized with storage for our 4 pieces of luggage. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice. Bed was comfy.

This is a decent, serviceable hotel with some drawbacks but the location and value more than make up for its shortcomings. The room was the typical smaller size for Central London but the bed was comfortable although might be a challenge for some due to it being very low to the ground. We had a handicapped accessible room so the bathroom was very large. It was more of the wet room style so be prepared for a lot of spray on the floor. The biggest negatives were the lack of storage and seating in the room. There was one small chair and a fold down "desk". There were absolutely no storage drawers or places to put a suitcase except for on the floor. A luggage rack would be appreciated. The staff were friendly and the breakfast for 8L was an excellent bargain. Again, the location absolutely cannot be beat and yet it was just off the very busy tourist attractions enough to be quiet. I would recommend the hotel despite the lack of comfort in the rooms.

Room size adequate, clean, staff friendly, breakfast buffet delicious. Right in the heart of the London attractions, this is the second time we have stayed there, and would stay again in future!!
