The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
I arrived at midnight after a long trip from the UK and upon arrival there was something happening in the reception.
I went to my room and there was a cleaner cleaning one of the rooms which I thought was strange. I went to my room which smelled of smoke and was unclean. I tried to sleep but there was too much noise coming from the rooms Nextdoor and the cleaner continuing to clean rooms all night. At 4am I decided to leave the hotel and go to airport over 6 hours prior to my next flight. Upon leaving the hotel my suspicions were confirmed when I watched a prostitue standing at side of road until a car pulled up and she took the man into the hotel past the receptionist and into the lift.

If you’re going to Brooklyn and need a no-frills, reasonably priced room, this works. But that’s about all I can say.

Below average Very shady place, very shady people stay at the place. And it stinks of smoke even though it's a "non-smoking" hotel

This is not a hotel. I would describe it more as a motel. I stayed here for 3 days because I was in town for a festival they did not clean my room at all I had to ask for extra towels and sheets to change myself. The tv kept stopping and the WiFi would not load. The room was dirty and did not have an iron. They called me multiple times throughout my stay to checkout and I had to remind them I was there for 3 days not just one. It’s not worth the price if you are used to staying at a hotel with basic amenities such as an iron, clean room and front desk staff

The room was okay. It could have been cleaner and some things did not work. The AC was also off and on.

Originally I ignored the comments from the reviews. This hotel is not a good stay. Other guest smoke in the hotel. The building is rundown. They only give you one towel for your stay. They do not do a good job with replacing sheets. They will keep old bedding from other guest in the bed.Broken refrigerator. DO NOT STAY HERE

To be very honest, the hotel provided a good room, but the neighborhood is horrible. 40 minutes from Manhattan, 25 minutes from downtown Brooklyn with a car. Staff is horrible, had to ask house keeping to come clean the room but they never showed up. Big reason to not book here is the AC system does not work. Had to sleep in extreme heat and that didn’t go well. Overall, don’t book here unless you are willing to pay less and sacrifice your sleep. Usually in New York you go to Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn so being so far way is a hassle. Hotel does not provide any water, staff told me to go buy at the deli or the gas station. Another big issue: it’s very loud in the neighborhood. People blasting music at 6:30am (no joke) and people honking all day long.

Parking was available and convenient. The HVAC was not working properly, and the room was hot throughout the night, even though the system was set to 68°. When I checked in, I was placed in a room that was not yet cleaned. I was then moved to a smaller unit than the one I had reserved. I had to wait several hours to be placed in the reserved-size room. Once in the room, it had an overwhelming smell of smoke, which made me sick and caused my partner to break out. In the window, the middle section of the drapes was a shower curtain that let in excess light, and we could not sleep comfortably. The lights in the room were also not working properly, as there was one light in the sleeping area and one in the bathroom that could not be fully turned off.

This hotel was a horrible experience for us and the worst HOTEL we had stayed in ever. This should have not been named Hotel to begin with. The place is a non-smoking hotel but it smelled like weed and cigarettes every floor and the rooms smelled really bad. My reservation indicated a non-smoking room and had to change room multiple times. During the stay of 2 nights, we physically changed the rooms three times not including just checking 6 other rooms which were in horrible conditions. The bed sheets also had cigarette burn marks. We didn’t feel safe at times because the neighbors were yelling and screaming. Overall, this stay was more of a headache than anything.
