Stayed with friends

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms were outdated. The bed sheets had stains on them. Our AC didn’t work so we had to move to another room luckily that room AC worked, but not well. The breakfast was good & the hotel was conveniently located only a five minute walk from town.

Solo stay

The property is clean and well maintained. The internet is slow. The power went out several times, however, it was restored within a few minutes. It is on a busy street and everything quiets down around 10pm. Spa did not have air conditioning, so I didn’t choose services at the hotel. There is a restaurant onsite. Overall, I felt safe, daily room service was wonderful, and the location was perfect.

Solo stay

The room was pretty small, but clean. On positive side the shower was nice and very powerful. I have asked for room with some view, but I got view overlooking a wall. Never mind. Breakfast choice wasn’t big, but it was satisfying enough for me. Staff was very friendly. After all it was a lovely stay and Hoi An is the most beautiful and colourful place. 🏮❤️🏮❤️🏮

I was a little disappointed in our stay here. Much more basic than the pictures depicted. Rooms clean. Staff friendly. Plugs for electronics in weird awkward spots. Air conditioner was filthy and my husband had to clean it. Very noisy- a lot of the rooms close to the busy road (but Vietnam tends to quiet down after 10pm so no issues sleeping). Nice and close to the heart of Hoi An for a reasonable price- I would have paid a little more for something a little nicer had I known the pictures don’t really show the true nature of the hotel. But it’s a fine enough place to stay for a few nights.
