Can’t speak highly enough about this place! The customer service, the details, the beauty! I don’t even have kids, but I wish I did so I can bring them to this place. They’ve dedicated a whole floor with entertainment for all ages of kids including the newest PlayStations, at least 5 of them, an arcade, jungle gym, the pool, the rooftop, the rooms, the views!! I could go on and on! Beautiful place!! 5 STAR ACCOMMODATION!!

Solo stay

Very impressive clean shiny fancy first class hotel. Gym is great. Pool is great. Spa is great. The price is very reasonable for this level of luxury. My only complaint is the rooftop 50th floor restaurant. The live music was way too loud, hard to have a conversation. And the food was not good; surprisingly mediocre. Stay at the hotel for sure. Eat out somewhere else. Tons of great restaurants nearby.

Great hotel! Brand new and beautifully designed (Art Deco-esque) and well built with quality materials. The workmanship is impressive and not something you see in this day and age. Everything about the hotel is amazing including the staff. My only criticism would be that the gym needs more free weights and a few more machines, but in all fairness hotels rarely have a good gym and the GCPL has got the best gym I’ve used so far. Nonetheless it’s definitely a place I’d stay again (x3 times and counting).

The hotel was alot better than we expected, easily the best hotel we have ever stayed we plan to come back one day. Only negative feedback we have is that it they do not serve alcohol in the hotel itself, you need to bring your own, which is a shame since the views from level 50 are amazing we would of loved to enjoy some cocktails there. But besides that everything else was perfect
