Staff at reception was very nice to receive the guests.. property is overall good except the lift not available till the top floor where the 4 person rooms are there and AC wasn't working properly

All the staff very nice,help us plan and arrange airport drop off too,the bed and pillow is soft although room not too big but it's in Hanoi so I'm not complaining...
