GoodStayed with partner
The room was clean and comfortable but the place had a weird smell throughout. The breakfast was limited and they had an individual coffee machine instead of carafes which was slow and not that great. But overall the stay was good for the price.

Below averageStayed with friends
We reserved a room for one night with two double beds from 06/27. We were checking in late, and I called the hotel in the afternoon to alert them about this fact in order to prevent our prepaid room not being available. Appon arrival, we were assigned the room 301. The section of the hallway, where the room was located, looked rundown. The door to the room was rusted in places with peeling paint. The treshhold at the room entrance was dirty and stuffed with unsightly debris. The door to the bathroom looked just as bad. The toilet seat was misaligned. The sink and the counter were dirty, covered in yellow spots blobs. The counter was sticky. The closet was dirty inside with cobwebs and dry leaves. The floor between the beds was sticky.
I went to the front desk to request another room and was told that there were no rooms left, but I might want to check room 118. That room looked even worse. The front desk person said that he couldn't do anything else and we should talk to the manager, Mehul Patel, in the morning.
When I approached Mehul in the morning, he wouldn't even let me finish listing the sanitary problems in the room, not to mention the shabby and dirty furniture. He went with accusations that I was making things up to get reimbursed for undelivered service. He claimed that the yellow stains and blobs of gunk were nothing to complain about, since they were the results of repairs. There were no apologies or offer to remediate the situation. Terrible experience!
