FantasticStayed with family
I really loved how convenient the hotel’s location in relation to downtown. We loved the cleanliness and the whole style of the rooms, very quaint and cute. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Their breakfast is delicious! Especially their chocolate croissants!

Fantastic An amazing hotel in a convenient location close to Beaune. Plenty of local wine shops nearby and a short walk into town with some amazing restaurants and cafes
The hotel is easy to find and has secure covered parking and it is clean with some brilliant features, such as the lift.
The friendly staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is lovely and the room we stayed in was large and comfortable with sofa and bed. The bathroom was large and excellent air conditioning in the room.
The hotel has an excellent bar with good bar staff and breakfast was served on the outside terrace in the morning.

GoodStayed with kids
We staying in the hotel as a halfway point on our drive from Calais to Cannes. The hotel is in a very central position and allocated a parking space to us and provided a baby cot for our child.
We arrived around 8pm to be told that the restaurant was full and we had to negotiate a very limited order for dinner to be served to our room! Not what you want after a 14 hr drive (including delays with Le Shuttle).
The room we booked was a junior suite which was up in the attic with limited windows and blinds that did not close properly. There was no fridge in the room for our baby food etc.
In the morning breakfast was very pleasant served in the courtyard buffet style. If you book, book a room on the lower floors with windows and views. Don't assume as a resident that you have access to the restaurant or room service in the evening and don't assume rooms will have a bath or fridge if travelling with a baby.

Great This is a lovely hotel, wonderfully located, with exceptional service. While the historic aspect of the building is well preserved and charming, the decor is a bit dated and old. The bed is comfortable but sheets are slightly on the rough side. I happened to stay when the temperature was exceptionally HOT, so the AC could only do so much. I happened to forget to reserve a parking spot, but there is plenty of parking available publicly. It was a great value find, and I would definitely stay again!

Located right outside the city walls, this location could not have been better for our stay in Beaune. It was a simple Uber ride from the train station, and staff was very helpful identifying cafés and restaurants we might want to visit. Our room was nicely appointed, very clean, and the bathroom look new. We also took advantage of the elevator, which took us up to the second floor with our luggage.
