체크인전날 문자보니 호텔이 아니라 생활숙박시설임(생숙) 이불커버에 검은 먼지들이 많이 붙어있어서 돌돌이 사야하나 고민했었음 입퇴실시 문자보내는것도 번거로웠고, 치약없음 꼭 챙겨가세요. 장문의 문자로 설명이 왔는데 뭔가 눈치보여서 쓰레기통에 쓰레기 버리는것도 조심스러워서 불편했음. 돈 조금 더 주더라도 호텔 가는것을 추천

고객 응대에 대한 기본적인 매너를 모르는 곳. 문자메세지에서부터 짜증이 보이고 전화를해도 불만스런 목소리로 응대하고. 방 청소는 규정도 없는지 4박이라 3박 후 청소해준다는 공지하지도 않은 규정 말하고. 3일째 되는 날에 2박 후 청소해주지 않았느냐 물으니 아직 2박 안됐다는 말도 안되는 논리까지. 예전에는 알아서 다음날 청소라고 먼저 문자주더니 이젠 초심을 잃은 듯. 내가 내돈내고 왜 기분 나쁘게 여행해야하나. 자주 이용했었으나 이젠 신뢰를 잃었음. 그냥 좀 비싸도 다시 체스터톤스로 갈란다.
