Need to go to airport asap. Check out could have be faster. When rooms are paid and nothing in mini bar was consumed in the room. Still waited in queue for more than 10 min

From the moment you enter, greeting is awesome, check in is quick, room is clean, making a long trip jag lag from multiple connections and around 30 to 35 hours of travel time peaceful and restful.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and well maintained. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I felt very safe throughout my stay. I also loved the bar—it has an amazing view of Vientiane, especially at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vientiane.

All in all Amari is a true 5 star hotel. They have all amenities you could Ever want/need. The hotel staff is also very courteous and helpful. Any question I had was Quik and professionally answered. I need es to go into town and they arranged everything. From the best location to getting me a taxi.

The hotel was very well maintained.. It’s a signature of Vientiane. Very good customer service and the staff was very friendly. The location is one of the highlights of this hotel , close to many attractions in the city center. Walkable to the night markets. I really recommend this hotel to everyone .
