Very clean, excellent location and very helpful staff. This was the second time we have stayed there and it did not disapoint. Right by the subway station and close to parks and restaurants.

This was a great experience other than some basic issues that I hope the property will address. The room was extremely dark. It was difficult to see well to put makeup on. Just a little more light would have helped a lot. Also, just leaving two detergent pods would have gone a long way for our 3-night stay. Lastly but certainly not least was the issue with the hairdryer. The listing said there was a hairdryer. I got out of the shower and... no hairdryer. I called the front desk repeatedly at 9:30am. No answer. I go down to the lobby no one is there. I looked all over the lobby no hair dryer. 30 mins go by I keep calling and go back down to the lobby. Finally I hear laughing in a back room and knock. They answer. Long story short I receive extremely rude, abusive treatment from the lady with the blondish hair. This disagreement lasts for probably 45 mins until I threaten not to pay unless they provide me with the hairdryer promised on the listing. Finally one appears outside my room, no knock on the door even letting me know. By this time my morning in Mexico City was ruined that I had plans for, my hair was ruined, and my mood was ruined. On my birthday. Just leave a $12 hairdryer in every room please. It's not worth this drama to get a hairdryer. Everyone likes a hairdryer. Many need a hairdryer. Just have them there already.

This place was perfect. We went on a family vacation of 5. We had plenty of space. Everything was pretty much walking distance to everything.

Great

Only reason I couldn’t give it a 4 is because there was construction next door and they would stop late. Also at times there would be a sewer smell from the restroom. Other than that it’s a perfect location and close to many great spots.
