Stayed with partner

Very thoughtful and personable boutique hotel. The place is handy to local eateries and Kuaizhai Alley. It provides snacks and drinks in the room and light plum tea, porridge, coffee and teas in the lobby. Free laundry service is a great bonus! Highly recommended.

Desde el momento en que reservamos el personal fue muy atento y gentil, ayudándonos con el traslado desde el aeropuerto. Llegamos y nos ofrecieron algo caliente para cenar ya que era muy tarde, nos dieron una habitación llena de amenities, nos regalaron muchas cosas de comer, de beber, un bolígrafo de panda... Además de ser tan encantadoras las empleadas, tan detallistas, el hotel era precioso. Si volviese, repetiría, ¡la experiencia fue inmejorable! MUCHAS GRACIAS.

For business

The staff were extremely friendly. I’d stayed in so many hotels across China, this one definitely stood out as one that went above and beyond in little ways that mattered—extra bottles of water, midnight snacks, free drinks, even provided free disposable facial wipes (first time seeing this). Very pleasantly surprised.
