Had a wonderful stay here and the breakfast was good. Swimming pool is also spacious. Only downside is the view from my room.

Fantastic
Bertam Resort is really outstanding. Quiet location, Amazing architecture and ambiance, great pools (unfortunately I had not enough time for the waterpark). But as a vegetarian i would like to have a wider range of dishes.

All good. Staff are very friendly and not too crowded during weekdays. Buggy services are quick and helpful. The waterpark is big and fun. More fun if the slides have more water pressure. The kid keeps getting stuck in the middle because it's not slippery enough.

Below average
My room was not made for the day and when I called was told no housekeeping until 9am the next day. Limited drinking water supplied to room. Only 1x750ml water then you are charged additional for drinking water! Ridiculous!
