Exceptionally friendly and courteous and helpful clerk at the front desk
Basic hotel with a necessary amenities and my room actually had a kitchen.
Some decent restaurants next door, but it’s about a 40 minute walk or a five minute taxi ride to the waterfront.
Overall a good budget option. There doesn’t seem to be any middle range properties here but there are lots of Western branded high-end resorts.

The hotel apartment is ideal for family of 4-5 on a budget. The rooms are large and it has more of an apartment feel vs a hotel. Service is decent though housekeeping is alternate days. Food options are excellent especially Indian restaurants in 2 minute walking distance (Cochin restaurant). The location enables easy 10 minute access to Mutrah souq and many attractions of Muscat.
