Stayed with kids

I have booked in expedia on this hotel but its hard to find this hotel unlike what they advertise in this site and when we reach the hotel, no one accomodate us.Such a dark place and a long stairs to go down my senior mom and kids are having hard time,we are really dissappointed finding this hotel.Even the expedia customer service cant able to extend us help on this accomodation .It such a waste of money on this booking.Until today no one respond on my complain to expedia and how to get my refund.

Fantastic

Stayed with partner

Nice hote,but the stairs from the road is to steep to get to office which is on the ground floor and your room is up above the offices area. Not handicap accessible no elvators if you're elderly or have trouble moving around. If you're in shape this a a good hotel to get you stair climb on.
