Room was a spacious, clean and had a stove for cooking. 5 mins drive to Riccarton Westfield Mall. Ideal location to stay and right beside the Z service station.

Great parking, kitchen setup was so good with everything you needed. Arrived to find our room had a leak in roof in bathroom and dining room which was due to a pipe leaking suddenly. The owner tried to arrange alternative accomodation and rang a plumber and was very apologetic. We ended up having room swapped with other guests that were arriving at midnight, so gave them time to get the plumber in and the problem sorted before they arrived, as opposed to us having no accomodation for the night as everywhere was booked. It appears this accomodation has long term residents living there but that wasn’t an issue for us as it was quiet and had what we needed.
