Great stay and experience thank you

We stay in about 20 hotel rooms a year. This was the worst bed I've had in a hotel room since I stayed at a Sleep Inn in Harrisburg in 2005. My wife thought that perhaps the mattress had been folded in half and stored somewhere for a period of time. When you got on the bed, the valley effect in the middle pulled you into it. My wife said she had had beds at summer camp that were stiffer than that mattress. I wonder whether our room was actually supposed to be a guest room. The hotel room was about 10 foot by 10 foot. No closet, just tall cabinets. The bathroom was about 2/3 the size of the hotel room. It felt unprotected. People who were just hanging out on the street came in and out of the lobby with impunity. Some sat in the lobby for a while, chatted with staff. At breakfast one morning, the desk clerk stood in the doorway, keeping the automatic door open while she vaped. Graffiti in white spray paint remained on the front windows during our entire stay. It is clear that ownership is "cash-flowing" this property until the neighboring hospital buys it up. A legitimate business plan, but bad news for those of us who might stay there.

A really good experience, the room was great, bed SUPER comfy and the breakfast facilities were great. Staff were VERY helpful too.

Room didn't have much space and the no parking is a problem. Reason for 3 stars.

Overall our stay was amazing. The only complaint which is really not too big of a deal is that the laundry lock off time was rather early.
