Stayed with friends

Check in at the beginning was difficult, as when you get to the building it is very confusing to access the elevators. I believe I was sent a code however it did not work for the elevator lobby and I had to rely on others entering or exiting the space.

Solo stay

Check in process was confusing. Everything in Korean and had hard time finding the hotel. Also a lot of the lights appliances and A/C were having issues. My clothes got stuck in the washer and the door would not open so I had to call for help. For the prices it’s ok for a one night stay.

Very clean, great view, enjoyed my stay. Just make sure you review the message they send in advance with your room number and access code. I wasn’t aware there was a virtual check-in process. Reviewing the pre-arrival directions will make things smooth and seamless.

Need better instructions for finding the unit and then operating the lights inside. Unit nicely appointed, but no restaurants or groceries close by, other than convenience stores.
