Maybe because I’m a little older, but I didn’t like the no-staff check in. I think some of the check in instructions were lost in translation, but check in was not super easy and there’s no flexibility built in the process. The room was clean and sufficient, but there is no bathroom door so the automatic bathroom light that comes on for those middle of the night bathroom trips can be disturbing.

There’s no staff it’s self serv3 W, which was little stressful in another country. It worked out fine, and was easy to get to. Other than self check in, it was great.

Check in was efficient and convenient. Air conditioner is a little tricky and sometimes inconsistent with the temperature. Room was clean and well appointed though. Towels were a little stiff so I suggest bringing your own. But overall great deal for the cost.

The process of getting jnto the room and the communication wasn’t ideal . 4pm check in and then having to be out by 10am is also not great . Then you get a room that smell of mold and damp and a bed as hard as a rock . No thanks

Great location for the beach and other fun activities, plenty of food options around. Some of the best restaurants we visited in South Korea. Taxi stand near by. It was my first time using a virtual front desk, no problem at all with using the system. Door lock key code great for multiple people staying in a room.
