C’est un peu loin du centre-ville mais avec le transport en commun on arrive au Royal Mile en moins de 30 minutes, en théorie il n’y a pas de déjeuner d’inclus mais il y a du pain, des confitures et du café, des fruits et des céréales de disponible pour faire son propre déjeuner . C’est très apprécié. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. C’est parfait pour explorer Édimbourg

Very welcoming. Large room with king bed. Bus stop a few feet away. Free cereal, bread/toast, fruit, tea and coffee. Eric very welcoming and helpful with regard to eating places (Roseleaf Cafe highly recommended) and bus routes.
Located across from a small coop and within walking distance to The Royal Yacht Britannia.

A very beautiful old Victorian building kept up well and very comfortable. My room was on the 3rd floor so Eric and Lucas generously toted my suitcase up and down for me on their suggestion. Close to the Royal Britannia yacht attraction, Leith water walkway and an excellent Indian restaurant. Co-op right across the street, free continental breakfast items available to guests. Bed was very comfy and shower was excellent, quiet location and can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was. Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay and highly recommend!
