The Soul Pyramids staff were polite, pleasant & considerate & could not do any more to make us feel welcome (this came without the haggling and hassle that is common / to be expected in Egypt once you leave the hotel complex).
When there was an issue with the air conditioning, they gave us another comparable room and organised a technician to fix it straight away.
There are shops, restaurants and the pyramids literally at your doorstep.
Sunrise/ Sunset/ Breakfast or anytime on the rooftop gives you the best unblocked views of the pyramids you could hope for. Added bonus is getting a room with pyramid views.

Great location with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the pyramids—it’s honestly hard to beat waking up to that. The room itself was nice, and the stand-up shower was a good touch. The only downside was the mattress, which wasn’t the most comfortable. Overall though, a really memorable stay thanks to the view and location.
