호텔즈닷컴 예약확인도 숙소측에서 못하셔서, 호텔즈에 전화하고 난리도 아니었네요. 분명 호텔즈닷컴에 예약한 가격으로 현장에서 결제하는건데, 하는걸 모르시는건지 돈을 더 받고싶으신건지 카드결제를 더 많이 해서, 또 호텔즈닷컴쪽에 얘기해서 현금 받았습니다. 운영을 어떻게 하는지 모르시면 배우셔야죠. 손님한테 죄송하다는 말 한마디 없엇습니다. 시설은 그냥 모텔 수준이구요.
