This place is a great place to stay if you’re looking to explore Kyoto.. very close to the Kyoto station and good restaurants.. staff was very helpful and they were able to check us in early (for a nominal fee).. they had happy hours for coffee, ice cream etc.. would Love to comeback

Excellent hotel to stay in Kyoto

I love the hotel room, it’s spacious. toilet , sink and bathroom are separate. they provide amenity in the lobby and you can help yourself with mask hair oil , personal care items They also have free work shop in the afternoon and we make Japanese fan , free ice cream dessert in the afternoon.

Everything is perfect. We love the location (close to Kyoto station), the breakfast (so much choice and all good), welcome party with ice cream, everning with wines and snack. Staffs are very friendly and always say Hi when you entre the hotel. We will come back and give name of this hotel to all my friends when they visit Kyoto, Japan. 😍

In the afternoon we will go to the lobby and get free ice cream and in the evening happy hour. The staff were super friendly.

The hotel is a short walk from Kyoto station, and the bus stopped right outside, making exploring the city incredibly convenient.After a long day of sightseeing, using the private onsen was absolutely wonderful and the perfect way to unwind. There are so many thoughtful touches here. Their custom amenities baskets, featuring moisturizing face masks, hair oil, wash cloths, hair ties, and more, were fantastic for tailoring to my personal needs. They also have a water station by the elevators to refill before a long day out, and elevator access was always quick and easy. The hotel really goes above and beyond with complimentary daily treats, including afternoon coffee, tea, snacks, and desserts, followed by evening drinks and crunchies. The housekeeping was great, and the provided pajamas were so comfortable I want to buy 3 sets. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful experience it’s the best hotel I ever stayed!

This hotel was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower/bath was fabulous. The combo washers/dryers were pretty convenient. (Just don't overload them or you would need extra drying time.) Just an 8 minute walk away from Kyoto Station main hub for railways. Convenient to a couple humongous department stores, shops, restaurants, 7-11, Kyoto Tower. Within walking distance from temples, aquarium. Would definitely stay there again.
