Fantastic

Solo stay · For business and leisure

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice gym. Restaurants and therapeutic massage business inside and around the building. Pool was too cold, but everything else they could do was great. The street noise and trash is out of their control, just expect it if you are staying there.

Great

Solo stay

The hotel is spacious, clean & close to many good restaurants. The two things I didn’t like are: I can hear the noises from the outside & they don’t do laundry.

Great

Stayed with family · For friends and family

Had to book rooms due to a family member visiting a local university for a few days. Ideal location just a short drive away. Many amenities in the surrounding area -from restaurants, shopping and cinemas. Good hotel experience with a good rooftop pool. Good air conditioned rooms. Could have offered better shampoo/conditioner products though.

Property is nice and clean. But they charged us extra 800 peso (nzd67. 50) for child age 14. At Expedia children is from 0-17, but even I said to them that booking is made in Expedia they said that 14 yr. Old is adult. But at Expedia still consider as a child. Please make sure this is been clear when booking with Expedia.
