Very modern, clean, extremely helpful staff. Location adjacent to JR train station, next to Light Cube Conference facility. The staff were super helpful accommodating my personal need for feather-free pillows etc which is often a challenge when traveling in Japan

The WiFi didn't work and the excuse the staff gave me was that my computer was an older model. I have never had any trouble with any other hotel before nor since.

Great
3rd time staying here. Connected to Jr utsunomiya station. Corner twin room spacious , and bed pretty good. However breadfast does not really change and staying 4 nites can be tiring. Onsen is quite good, with an outside pool. Use this hotel to visit nikko as jr local train is so comvenient. Also use JR to travel tohuku region like sendai n morioka.

The room was well appointed and very clean. The staff were helpful and it was nice to have our bags delivered to the room. The hotel is al so very handy to Utsunomiya Station making it a great base for exploring.
