Friendly, accommodating, and attentive staff. Goes out of their way for guests. Special callouts to Laura and Frendi. Vegetarian options readily available.
Cleanliness
Rooms and grounds consistently clean and well-maintained. Super clean, modern facilities. Villas are very clean and comfortable, well cared for.

Without a doubt, one of the best, if not the best hotel in Gili Trawangan. My wife and I spent 5 days there and we liked everything about this hotel. A truly wonderful place to stay.

We absolutely loved Cocana Resort. Everything was amazing and well structured from start to finish. The only suggestion i could give is the lady on front of house was not very helpful in suggesting or organising our requests for any day trips, so we had to find help outside of the resort.

Moved here from another 5 star hotel, Cocana was at another level completely in terms of environment and quality, I enjoyed the stay and would recommend.
