The hotel is great, couldn’t help enough, even the cleaning staff. Anything we wanted was only a phone call away. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The room was amazing, with a lot of the finer touches that you wouldn’t get in other hotels, even a turn down service before bed. Definitely 5* and would wholeheartedly recommend a stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Istanbul. We had an incredible experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always eager to help, making us feel at home right away. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see yet quiet enough for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of local options. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We’ve traveled quite a bit, and this hotel truly stood out for its exceptional service and attention to detail. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip to Istanbul.
