The hotel was under renovation, lots of banging. Service was bad, email the hotel hotel and called them but nobody attended to pick ups up from the airport during arrival. Didn’t provide any toiletries and only gave us after requested on second day. Asked for complementary sachets coffee but not given until the next day. Requested for a cake to be send in room for hubby’s birthday but not delivered.

Good location and convenient airport transfers, however, the room had a lot of mould throughout, water damage and overall not pleasant.
