Everything was great but the beds are very hard and you can really feel the springs! It was like a light material over the springs. Other than that everything was great. Pictures are older on the site, but great for the price.

I booked two night but only stayed one night. I find it was not cleaned enough for us. It had a beautiful view of the lake though.

It was an absolutely brilliant apartment in Westlake Hanoi. I loved the room and the service. The room even got a washing machine and tumble dryer for cleaning my things. Such a incredible experience

Fantastic
Lovely staff with very accommodating hotel accommodations and great dining. The staff are willing to help with scheduling and transportation and food as well. Will definitely be staying here again and again.
