The location is amazing. The hotel is connected to the sky train only two stations to Siam and Paragon shopping mall. Staff are very polite and helpful. The room is clean. You can request room amenities as often as you like. Will definitely go back!

Hotel is excellent to connect to AirPort Express . Nothing much to do in hotel area besides one small local restaurant and a very small Japanese restaurant opposite hotel ( Japanese place had some live music the evening we passed by it ) . Hotel staff is very friendly , rooms are nice and comfortable , pool is fun and breakfast is out of this world .

Enjoyed my stay at the Eastin Grand Hotel immensely. My room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was epic. Literally, there is a map on the table to guide guests to various food stations. It's the best breakfast experience I have ever encountered. This was my second visit to the Eastin Grand Hotel at Phayathai. Looking forward to returning again in the near future.

Solo stay

The guess relation manager came to greet me herself and recognized me as a return guest. I was assigned the very nice room in 34th floor. Great selection of breakfast buffet with very welcoming staffs who always check to make sure guests table were cleared and promptly assisted when needing. The hotel also surprised me on my birthday with the hand written birthday card, I was wished Happy Birthday and received some cute gifts. Super happy and will sure return next year.
