Really fantastic hotel for 5 nights in Beijing. Jack and the rest of the staff are fabulous, couldn’t do enough for us. Love the apartment room with washing machine/dryer. Comfortable large bed, great pillows, great shower, a safe, hairdryer. Really great location in a hutong area with lots of restaurants, cafes around. Check out G’Day coffee at the base of the hotel. Breakfast in a separate area adjoined to the hotel, lots of choice, great staff. Loved everything about this hotel and loved Beijing.

Well maintained, modern facilities. The room had everything we needed, including a washing machine, microwave, fridge, kettle and even electric stove top (shared cooking utensils downstairs in communal kitchen). Daily room cleaning provided, though we did notice a lot of dust and animal hair in the room some days. Also, the room card was sometimes faulty and wouldn't scan correctly to open our door. Otherwise, no complaints. Desk staff were helpful and there was security 24 hrs.

The staff was very welcoming and check in was a breeze; they even gave us a free upgrade. The room was bigger than I was expecting but I love the space. The lobby staff were very nice, so were the cleaning staff. There’s food places in the same building which is very convenient if you wanted a bite. The buffet was also delicious. If I ever come back to Beijing, I will come here again.
