Fantastic
Everything was amazing. The bed was wonderful. Really the best night sleep in years! It, combined with the cool room made up for our only complaint. The difficulty getting into the room. The code sometimes worked and sometimes did not. There were no staff present and no number with a live person so we stood trying the lock for 20 minutes until it worked.

Good

Solo stay

The Lodge is driveway is on a very dangerous curve of a highway where cars are speeding by downhill. Entering the parking for the suites was dangerous especially during daytime hours. I received several messages from the property managers, changing the room assignment which was confusing. And with that came several different messages on how to access the room via the security panel; one correct one is all that's needed. The management company for this property was unorganized, unprofessional and not responsive as well, even though their multiple electronic messages states to contact them for help as they are a 'full service' company. Even when I called during their operating hours, I was sent to voicemail, no one called me about my concern but they sent an email message instead. I requested them to call me since I was on vacation and not checking my emails but they ignored my request. I was able to cope with the 'Lookout for your life driveway" situation but would not go back due to the property managers handling this property.

Very nice room. Comfortable bed and clean linens. Very responsive staff. Our only complaint was the noise from loud vehicles going around the corner. We were on the end right next to the corner. Not any fault of the hotel or staff. If you're a very light sleeper maybe ask for a room further away from the street. Would definitely stay there again!!

Overall everything was outstanding the only complaint that I have is the legs for the bed stick out and if not paying attention you will stub toes. Otherwise outstanding.

The room was clean and comfortable and included a small kitchenette area with sink, microwave and refrigerator and plates, etc. However, the bathroom was very small, and the shower even smaller. A cleaning fee is charged but you have to empty the trash, why? Also, the rooms are right on a busy road and traffic going by is very noisy, so if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. In addition, I booked this location on Lookout Mountain because I thought we would have a mountain view, but there is no view, from either front or back of the lodge. Still not a bad place ...

Getting out of the parking lot was a bit of a challenge, but the location was great for being close to attractions and the property was updated and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

I enjoyed staying there very much. I had a little trouble with the code getting in, but I finally figured it out after many tries. The room is clean. The bed was very comfortable. I only wish they had cups and dishes and plates instead of just plastic and Styrofoam. Don’t get scared when you first see the place from outside. The room is very clean and very nice and the backyard was very nice and clean. There was no staff, which is why I gave it a three but the rest of it I’d give it a 4.5.

I would be extremely wary of staying at this property; while it was easy to make the reservation through Hotels.com, the customer service from PMI Scenic City Rentals (the Property Management) was inadequate and unhelpful. We arrived at the site after 4 PM to discover there is no onsite management and no room assignment or room access code had been provided. We left several messages with PMI Scenic City and received no response. We contacted their call center and were immediately pointed to customer service at Hotels.com. We spoke to the Hotels.com customer service team, requesting a refund and cancellation of the reservation, as we had to secure other lodging accommodations in Chattanooga. Hotels.com contacted PMI Scenic City requesting a refund but was denied. The date of this review is June 23rd; and as of this date, five (5) full days have passed without any proactive contact or customer service interest on the part of PMI Scenic City. We were never able to check in to the room, so we could see the accommodations, but I would give the property location and it’s customer service process no more than a single star.

We were unable to get into the room ( passcode did not work)and because of cell reception we did not get message from property manager. We were in town for wedding and had to stay at another hotel. Manager has not offered to reimburse our payment even though they knew we were having issues. We called several times and texted the number given when having the access issue and nobody answered.
