Great hotel right next to Lotte Mall. Room was quite small but modern and had a nice balcony with a view. The pool and gym are Ok but functional rather than 5*. The staff made us wait at checkout while they checked the room which felt a bit awkward.

At check-in, it would be more helpful to tell the customer the hours for breakfast, pool, fitness center. Also they should ask for loyalty point number.

Everything was great! Couldn't get the massage as it was fully booked for the day. It is very popular. Next visit, I will make sure I reserve the massage ahead of my visit.

This was an amazing hotel. Very family friendly with a splash pad and playground on the 6th floor, and wonderful pool on the top floor. The breakfast buffet was very good with many options for almost any breakfast hankering. We will visit this property again.
