Fantastic

Solo stay

Exceptional customer service. The staff were amazing. I am disabled traveller and I couldn’t have been treated better. The staff were so attentive I was overwhelmed with their kindness and understand of my situation. Room facilities were fabulous. The food well what can I say. Exceptional and so reasonably priced . The western salad was so refreshing after a long day travelling and the noodles so fresh they really exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be staying there again. I have never had such A comfortable stay for a long time. Thank you to all the staff and management. Oh and the shuttle service was brilliant too. Big hugs to all. Vx

Solo stay

The location is bad except near to Daxing Airport. Far from the city and surround is a dump. Good selection around the hotel is very limited and if it’s not because of early morning flight. It would be better to stay in the city.

As a convenient hotel close to the airport, it's done it job. It got shuttle bus come and go to hotel. But it only got one restaurant in the hotel, nothing around the hotel.

Very large, nicely decorated room. Easy to call hotel for airport shuttle to collect me from the airport. hotel kindly lent me an adapter as I left mine behind.
