Fantastic
Wow. This was the best hotel stay I have ever had, and I have travelled a lot. The rooms were beautiful, with the most stunning views of the mountains. The balcony with your own private onsen was heaven. The food, coffee, beer and snacks available on the 6th floor were tasty! I also had a massage during my stay and it was one of the best services I have ever had. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would!! Absolute luxury.

Breakfast is really good, they are many choices, all taste great! In-room hot-spring bath is very relaxing with good views. It would be even better if the front desk staff could understand more English.

Fantastic
Amazing breakfast buffet with Japanese and Western options. The hotel has private and public onsens. Very good facilities, including a sauna. Unlike other places, it was free of charge and without prior reservation. 5 min walk to the city center. The hotel offers free regular shuttles but it was so close and pretty that we just walked
