Breakfast is really good, they are many choices, all taste great! In-room hot-spring bath is very relaxing with good views. It would be even better if the front desk staff could understand more English.

Fantastic
Amazing breakfast buffet with Japanese and Western options. The hotel has private and public onsens. Very good facilities, including a sauna. Unlike other places, it was free of charge and without prior reservation. 5 min walk to the city center. The hotel offers free regular shuttles but it was so close and pretty that we just walked

Fantastic
Very enjoyable experience. Loved Kusatsu and La Vista was a great place to stay with shuttle busses running through the day to both the bus stops and down town.
