Solo stay

This was my first trip to Hong Kong and I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was very clean, had great food and the everyone working at the hotel were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Cathleen who helped me with my sim card issue I had in the beginning of my trip. She took her time to resolve the issue, I was impressed with the service overall. I highly recommend the Luxe Manor hotel.

The Luxe Manor is an excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotless and nicely decorated. The staff are attentive and professional. I think it is very good value for money. The Luxe is in a great position in the centre of Tsim Sha Tsui close to the metro station, the airport bus stop and an easy walk to the Star ferry and Kowloon train station. The hotel is surrounded with great eateries and shopping areas.

What they were trying to do with the décor is kind of cute but the update probably was done some years before and you can see it from the damaged base board, discolored finishes, accumulated dust between fissures, and mold between bathroom tiles. Bad air conditioning seems be a common issue with older properties in Hong Kong. Musty smell is the first thing that hit me every time I went into the room. There was a constant noise that sounds like guests next door kept slamming the door to their room. The best feature of the property is the convenience you get from their location.
