La piscina estaba sucia y en la cocina común casi no hay nada (p.ej. no hay un hervidor de agua! no hay cuchillos para cortar fruta y vegetales). La chica de la limpieza - la cubana - es un tesoro (pero es la única persona que está en el hotel de vez en cuando). Me dieron otra habitación porque la primera está muy oscura y ruidosa. Gracias!

Es tranquilo, pero te toca ir detrás de ellos para que te envíen el código para poder entrar. Después para que te pasen la factura también tienes que insistir. Contraté una habitación un poco superior a la más básica que tienen, y me pusieron en la básica que hay a la entrada.

Stayed with kids

No kettle in the kitchen had to boil water in the microwave for my babies milk. Takes 20 minutes to boil a single cup of water. Was rudely told on the whatsapp message by the owner that a kettle will not be provided. Even though it is precent on the image of their kitchen on the booking site.

Felt more like a hostel, had to buy our own breakfast, which we didn’t see while reading about property. Didn’t get our room that we book, they had doubled booked. Plus we had 2 single beds. Paid for double.
