Staff was great, Aleli and René give great service. The actual property is very basic but has amazing views to the river and mountains.

Casa Andina was perfect for our three night stay in Aguas Calientes. We had a river view room and it was spacious and a pleasant place to be after our day trips to Machu Picchu. The buffet breakfast is wonderful, the staff very friendly, and the whole hotel is very clean!

Good

Solo stay

Property is good choice for overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. I was disappointed that my standard room was inside with window facing internal corridor. Right next to elevator means you get noise but at least I didn’t hear the train. Booked at last minute so was expensive for what I got. Staff excellent/helpful. Overall hotel meets 3 star rating.

Our room bordered the river, which was running aggressively. It was beautiful and provided a pleasant "white noise" background to sleep to. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The staff friendly. A pleasant walk to the market and the town. A good stay, for sure.

The personalized service in this hotel is quite amazing, I had the best experience because the people there made us feel incredibly special. They even draw a little map of Machu Pichu with our names on it. I would like to extend the most amazing hug to this wonderful people that love what they do and just make the experience 10 times better thank you.

Location is good. The property is clean. The river view rooms are nice, a bit small unless you get a balcony room. The small double bed was comfortable. No air conditioning. Breakfast room has wonderful river views. Breakfast was just OK. Like most things in Aguas Caliente it's over priced.
